BonaDent Dental Laboratories will proudly serve as the premier sponsor of this year’s Canal Crawl Paddling Poverty event hosted by the Seneca County House of Concern. Daniele Bonafiglia Wirth, Vice President of BonaDent, recently met with the House of Concern’s Olan E. Mack (Executive Director) and Sharon Morehouse (Committee Chair) to present the check and affirm their commitment to the event. Canal Crawl Paddling Poverty is an event that raises funds for the House of Concern Food Pantry, which helps those in need with basics necessities such as food, clothing, and household items.
Participants in the Canal Crawl will paddle down the Cayuga-Seneca Canal from Oak Island in Waterloo to Van Cleef Lake on August 19th in kayaks or canoes. Participants are encouraged to raise their entry contributions through pledges from family members, friends, and coworkers. Prizes will be awarded to those who raise the most money. 100% of proceeds will go toward serving the Seneca County House of Concern.
